Chetcuti & Associates, opened its doors for business in June of 1992 to fill a niche in the real estate foreclosure market. Founded by Benny Chetcuti, Jr., the primary focus of Chetcuti & Associates was to provide real estate consultation, specializing in advising homeowners of their options during the various stages of loan default.
The business evolved out of Benny's activities as a tax accountant & financial planner when the economic conditions in the early 90's started to adversely affect his clients.
Benny started with two residential projects, a foreclosure in South San Francisco and a property in default in Concord. From the beginning, Benny's vision was to help homeowners find the best solution regarding their distressed or financially at risk property, prior to foreclosure, by working closely with the homeowner and their lender.
The company's mission is "to provide optimum value to our customers in every real estate transaction while maximizing our investors' return on investment".
Since the beginning, we have helped many distressed homeowners find the optimum solution that best fit their circumstances, during the foreclosure process. In some cases, if it makes financial sense to all parties, Chetcuti & Associates will buy the property, refurbish it using the industry's most skilled craftsmen, and resell the property at market value.
Through the years, Chetcuti & Associates has built a network of escrow representatives, investors, lenders, and realtors that we work with closely, on a regular basis, to provide the best results for all parties involved. This simple, yet effective formula, has proven to be mutually beneficial to distressed sellers and opportunistic buyers while maximizing funds provided by private investors to insure optimum return on investment.
Since those first two projects, Chetcuti & Associates has successfully completed over 90 projects in four different Bay Area counties, generating over $28 million in revenue.
